Naushad has key responsibility of implementing HR policy which synergises with the Vision, Mission and Values of the Company.He is responsible for implementing end to end information technology requirements of the Company.

Naresh is responsible for Operations. As a career banker, has 39 years of commercial banking experience with Corporation bank. He was a branch head for 28 years across different States. He headed two of top ten branches of the bank in Mumbai and Delhi. He also had administrative experience of six years at Zone and Circle level. He managed both assets and liability side including corporate and retail finance.

Kalplesh is Head of Finance and Accounts. He, (Chartered Accountant), has over 19 years of versatile and rich experience in his domain. He was for a decade with CA Firms and was a Consultant to clients in Real Estate segment. His focus area was raising finance.

Ajit Salunke is a proficient lawyer with over 18 years of experience in Legal Affairs. He had been associated with GIC Housing Finance Ltd., as Retainer and Legal Head (Legal- Recovery) for over 15 years

He is Specialized in Banking laws such as SARFAESI Act, 2002 and MCS Act, NI Act, Debt Recovery Law, Transfer of Property Act, MOFA. Maharashtra Co-Operative Society Act. His legal opinion is prompt and decisive helping resolve legal challenges swiftly.
