We KHUSH HOUSING FINANCE PVT LTD is a year-old Housing Finance company registered with NHB. We have experienced immense satisfaction catering to the needs of affordable housing segment in the lower and middle income group for the last 13 months. Over 50% of our current portfolio is from the informal segment and have facilitated for most of them to avail the interest subsidy under the “Credit Link Subsidy Scheme”. We would be pleased to mention some of our customers are Tailor, Autorickshaw drivers, Grocery shop owners, Tiffin Service Providers and Vegetable Vendors. To promote this financial inclusion of the under privileged, we organised a first ever “HOME LOAN MELA” on the 9th, 10th and 11th of March 2017 for the informal segment. We have presented the “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana” scheme to the masses from the informal segment and propagated it across our branches at Thane, Virar, Pune, Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Nasik, Surat and Ahmedabad. The team at Khush is stimulating customer experiences like that of a customer from the formal segment.Under the scheme, we have simplified the credit verification and have encouraged people with informal income to avail housing loan under the “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana” scheme.
The response to the “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana” scheme has been overwhelming. We could see the cheer on the faces on receiving the “Sanction Letters”. We are attaching few pictures for the records. Many of the aspiring Home Loan applicants were surprisingly pleased to learn about the “Credit Link Subsidy Scheme”. We are sure, at least 60% of the prospective customers would be entitled to avail the interest subsidy under the prestigious “Credit Link Subsidy Scheme”
